One thing i remember about Christmas morning every year was mom making egg casserole for breakfast that we would have after we opened all of our gifts. After all these years and so many changes in all of our lives i continue to make this every year for my family just like my mom used to for us on Christmas morning! theres just something about the smell of something so yummy waiting for you when you are done! Its a gift you know about every year! :)

The one we always have is eggs sausage, mushrooms, cheese,and topped with cream of mushroom and baked until bubbly! sooo good!
i have also done ham and broccoli with Cream of celery on the top.
